Ordering Tips Part 3: The Ordering Process

If you’ve made it this far, you’ve completed steps one and two of the order process and you’re ready to move your order into production. At this point, you have two options for placing your order: a Team Store or a Bulk Order. So what’s the difference?

A Team Store allows each player to order individually, which takes a lot off your plate. Instead of collecting sizes, names, numbers, and payments, your teammates can handle everything themselves, including any optional swag. You also do not have to front the cost for your team’s order.

A few key benefits of a Team Store:

  • No collecting payments
  • No managing order inquiries
  • We handle the ordering logistics for you!

A Bulk Order, on the other hand, is placed all at once through our online portal. This option gives you more control and lets you submit everything in one go, but it does require more coordination upfront since you will need to gather all sizes, names, and numbers before placing the order.

The online portal process is straightforward:

  • Select the item you are ordering, such as “Short Sleeve Jersey (Full Sub)”
  • Add a reference like “[Team Name] [Color] [Item]”
  • Click “Add Product” and repeat for additional gear
  • Enter total quantities for each size
  • Choose "Names and Numbers" or "Numbers Only"

  • Add a row for each player
  • Enter their name and number
  • Select sizes for each item
  • Leave the number field blank for jerseys without numbers
  • For coaches, enter “COACH” as the name

  • Enter shipping and contact information
  • Select your order type and add your team/event name
  • Make sure to include your Spin rep’s name!

  • Review your order and submit

The main advantage of a Bulk Order is that you can handle everything at once without waiting on individual orders. It does require more work upfront, but once the order is placed, everything is taken care of.

There is no single best way to place your order. Some teams prefer the simplicity of a Team Store, while others prefer the control of a Bulk Order. It all comes down to what works best for your team!
