Screen Printing

Screen printing is the most affordable way to customize your team uniforms and gear. We can screen print on almost anything—jerseys, shorts, reversible tanks, trucker hats, hoodies, warm-ups, you name it.

Artwork Format and Submission

The best file types for us to work with are EPS (Encapsulated PostScript) and AI (Adobe Illustrator) files in a high resolution (300dpi) vector format. PDF's are acceptable in most cases as well. High resolution image files such as JPGs or TIFs may also be acceptable depending on the quality of the design. Low resolution image files are generally not usable.

If you don't have artwork that meets these requirements--no problem, we can recreate the artwork for you. And if you aren't sure if your file will work, just send us an email and we'll let you know.

To send us your artwork, just shoot us an email with the files attached along with any instructions, ideas, names of fonts used, etc. Email us at

Ink Colors

We can print up to 5 colors in a single design/location. We generally use standard colors that match our jerseys and/or player numbers., but if you’re particular, just specify a Pantone number when you submit your artwork and we’ll make it happen. Remember that colors often appear differently on computer screens, so the exact ink colors on your finished jerseys and shorts may be slightly different.

For screen printing, we can print your designs up to:

    • Jerseys: 12.5” W x 16.5” H  or  14" W x 12.5" H
    • Jersey Sleeves: 3.5" W x 3.5" H
    • Shorts: 9.5” W x 12” H

Note: Dimensions for spot sublimation can be found here.

We can print almost anywhere on your gear as long as we can get the screen to lay flat on the garment. Unfortunately, this means we can’t print over pockets, zippers, etc. We can print over side seams, but because they are not totally flat, this can cause small imperfections in the printing. Some designs are better suited for printing on seams than others—be sure to mention this when you submit your art and we’ll let you know if it will work.

We offer a range of standard player numbers in different styles, sizes, and colors. Read more about names and numbers.

We can also provide player numbers in custom fonts and colors—just ask us (additional charges may apply)

Standard sizes are 6”, 8” or 10” for jerseys and 4” for shorts.

Note: While we do our best to match ink colors to numbers, there can be slight variations in the finished product due to the nature of screen printing. This is especially true when printing light colors (e.g. white, gold) on dark jerseys and shorts where the color of the print is affected by the garment showing through the ink and numbers.
