Once you know which gear and designs you want, you can create your order in our easy-to-use online portal. We then confirm the order details with you and send your invoice. Once we receive your payment, we'll start production of your order.

We have talented artists who can create fresh designs for you from scratch. We never use pre-made design templates or rehash old designs -- every design we do is original just for you.

Absolutely! Just send us your ideas, sketches, artwork, and logos and we can help design the gear of your dreams. In some cases, we may ask for a modest deposit to cover design time, but you get that back once you submit your order.
There are a number of reasons why placing your order directly is the better way to go. For one, it's typically faster than opening a Team Store and waiting for everyone to place their order. Also, there are times when you might need a single invoice for your order -- the most common example is if you are using school funds to pay for your gear or if your school is paying for your order directly.
Sizing and fit guides are available for all of our products on our Team Gear Page. Prior to ordering, teams may request a set of samples, free of charge, to try on for sizing. We will also send a prepaid return shipping label to make it easy to return the samples to our office. Contact your Spin rep for more info.
We start producing your gear once we have either your payment or a signed purchase order from your school.
If you are paying for your order yourself, then we will happily take a 50% deposit to start your order. We then require the full balance paid prior to shipping your order.
For screen printed, spot sublimated, and embroidered gear, turnaround time is generally 3-4 weeks from when we kick off production (plus shipping time). For Full sublimated gear, the turnaround time is generally 5 weeks (plus shipping time).
