To Our Ultimate Family,
The worldwide spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) is affecting each and every one of us. At Spin, we are closely monitoring developments and taking steps to minimize the impact on our staff and on you, our Ultimate family and customers.
First and foremost, we are taking steps to prioritize the health of our staff while ensuring the continuity of our operations:
- Staff members who are able to work from home are doing so.
- For our production staff, we are implementing a staggered schedule to minimize the number of people in the office at any given time. Further, they will be working in isolated areas of our office.
- We are sanitizing equipment and other surfaces with disinfectant frequently and requiring staff to take mandatory hand washing breaks several times a day.
- We have ceased all company travel for the foreseeable future.
If you have an order pending with us, please be patient as it may take a few days longer than usual to send out your gear. With the closure of schools, colleges, and universities, we are being extra diligent about confirming shipping addresses – if you have moved to a different location since you placed an order with us, please reach out so we can coordinate shipping with you.
We are also keeping in close contact with USA Ultimate, Premier Ultimate League, tournament directors, and others so that we can support them as they determine the status of their events. We have also communicated with our key production partners to ensure they are also taking necessary steps to reduce exposure in their own facilities.
