Fabric is customized using a stencil and ink, over a specific section of fabric.

Once an image is designed, it is set up on a silk screen and the image is printed in ink onto the fabric. (See the image on the right as an example of one of our screen printing machines. The big red-colored screens are lowered down onto the shirt and printed with your favorite graphic.

To protect colors and extend the life of your jerseys, we add a white base layer (or "flash") when screen printing onto a non-white fabric. Some inks require a white baselayer when printed on colored fabrics.

How big do our images get? At Spin Ultimate, we can print areas as large as 15" x 15" with one screen.

Screen printing is the most affordable way to customize team jerseys on quality performance fabric. Our average price for screen printed jerseys is about $20 per jersey. We offer Youth Team discounts, price breaks for large orders, and repeat customer discounts (through the Spin Points program). We print a maximum of 5 colors (6 on white fabric); and the fewer colors you print, the more money you'll save!
