Spin Ultimate stands behind the quality of its products and services. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact customer care: spin@spinultimate.com within 30 days from the date you receive it (or the date it was scheduled to arrive) and we will work to resolve the issue. Spin Ultimate takes great pride in building long term relationships with satisfied clients; however certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by our “You’ll Love It” Guarantee. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

*Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by the customer

*Inferior quality or low-resolution of graphics and/or images

*Design errors introduced by the customer in the document creation process

*Errors in user-selected options such as choice of finish, quantity, or product type

*Damage to the products arising after delivery to the customer
